Banneker served as the General Contractor for the construction of this new 12,829sq. ft. facility which included site demolition, new site utilities, and bio retention devices. The new building structure consists of a steel structure and masonry bearing walls on concrete foundations. This two-story building is fully-sprinklered and LEEDCertified.
