Our staff is responsible for managing the design and construction of over $100MM in modernization projects at One White Flint North and Two White Flint North. Projects include tenant improvements, renovations, and build-outs of occupied spaces for both headquarters’ buildings, which total nearly 500,000 sq. ft. We are responsible for the development of cost estimates, project schedules, risk management plans, submittal reviews, analysis of project requests, and overall construction monitoring in accordance with the contract documents.
