Muhammad Abdul-Ali is the Vice President of Pre-Construction at Banneker Ventures in Silver Spring, MD. Since joining in August 2017, he has led a team of over 20 professionals in estimating, cost analysis, and budgeting, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Muhammad oversees the bid review process, analyzes drawings, specifications, and site logistics, and develops comprehensive scope sheets. His expertise ensures that project proposals are both realistic and financially sound.
Key projects under his leadership include the Parcel 15 Interim Retail Pavilion, the MoCo Parking Lots District Services Facility, The Clara on Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, the 1101 Euclid apartment upgrade, the HHH Kitchen and Seating Upgrade, the Dept. of Education 5th Floor Renovation, and College Track Renovations.
Before Banneker Ventures, Muhammad was Chief Estimator and Department Head at Bratti Tile and Terrazzo, and Senior Estimator and VP of Contract Management at NCFi Interiors. He also served as an Estimator at Corenic Construction Group and as Project Estimator and Bid Coordinator at FEI Construction. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from North Carolina A&T State University.
