Based in Silver Spring, MD, Lisa Allen brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to her role as Development Manager for our On-Call contract. She has managed projects up to $191 million and excels in project scheduling, ensuring timely and budget-compliant task orders.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a Homeland Security Presidential Directive – 12 (HSPD-12) security clearance. She is certified in OSHA 30, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management (CQM), and trained in Microsoft Project, GSA Kahua Project Management Software, and Primavera P6.

Since joining Banneker Ventures in April 2015, Lisa has overseen project staff and managed a range of projects in general contracting and construction management. Her key projects include the GSA NCR Multiple Award IDIQ, CMS Auditorium Lighting Upgrades, House of Representatives Buildout at the Ronald Reagan Building, and the Montgomery County Parking Lot District Service Facility.

Previously, Lisa was a Project Manager at Tishman Construction, handling the $1.4 billion FDA Campus Consolidation Project, and at Allied Electrical, where she managed significant projects such as the FedEx Forum and Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Street Lighting Retrofit Project.

Lisa's extensive experience and project management expertise make her an asset to Banneker Ventures.
