With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, Juan has honed his expertise in leading complex, multimillion-dollar projects to successful completion.

Throughout his career, Juan has held key leadership positions, including Project Executive at SKANSKA USA BUILDING and Senior Superintendent at HITT CONTRACTING. His tenure in these roles was marked by overseeing major initiatives such as high-rise residential developments and commercial office spaces across the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Juan's proficiency extends beyond project execution to encompass strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. His commitment to quality and safety standards, coupled with his proactive approach in pre-construction phases, ensures projects under his purview meet rigorous timelines and budgetary constraints.

Prior to his career in the private sector, Juan served with distinction in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, managing construction and environmental projects critical to national defense.
