Minimizes profit fade by ensuring timely completion of construction jobs and efficiently overseeing trades. Manages the daily activities for Banneker staff including Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and Helpers, and mitigates risk on the job. Must be able to work with small groups, motivate workers, work in seasonal weather conditions and be functional with technology in the field. Years of experience on the job varies but must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years in the construction field, with at least 3 years as an Assistant Superintendent. Must demonstrate capabilities by providing a project list identifying SOW and estimated value of jobs.
