This position provides support for the following: land use coordination, financing support, project scheduling, contractor bidding and buyout, change order tracking, cost reporting, preparation of contracts, the handling of owner coordination, construction quality oversight, and project closeout. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or another related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-family, mixed-use residential and commercial real estate transactions.
