Responsible for directly managing construction activities as assigned for commercial and development projects. Similar to the Project Engineer, this is a tiered role. The Project Manager successfully leads project teams to on-time delivery and responsibly budgets construction jobs. He or she not only delegates tasks to Project Engineers, Field Engineers and other project support staff as needed, but they are also proficient in these areas. This role requires fiscal responsibilities, ability to manage small teams and strong customer service skills. A minimum of 5 years in the construction field is required with at least (3) years as a Project Engineer. This position also requires a Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering and/or architecture. Must be able to demonstrate capabilities of managing various sized commercial construction projects by providing a project list.
