Must be familiar with various government contract types (i.e., lump sum, GMP, Firm Fixed, etc) as well as demonstrates successful estimating, particularly, for new construction, civil and structural projects. Proficiency with estimating development projects such as, multi-family, retail and mixed use spaces are critical to Banneker's forward-thinking business model. Must work successfully with Banneker's bid team to submit profitable (GC) proposals on projects up to $15MM. Will also estimate change orders and support existing project estimating needs. A minimum of 8 years experience is required; in addition to a Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering and/or architecture. Must be able to demonstrate strong history of bids estimated and awards.
